Description
Pennsylvania Historic Resource Survey form documenting Ed’s Barber Shop at 920 Fifth Avenue in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. Dating from approximately 1900–1919, the building is a small two-story, gable-front structure of wood-frame and brick construction with wood trim and a slate roof. The upper story retains double-hung windows and decorative framing in the gable, while the first-floor facade had been substantially altered with a brick commercial addition, glass doors, and a storefront window. The survey rated the building’s integrity as poor and described it as architecturally undistinguished.
